The NYE Dinner Table For Two

As I am getting older I prefer having a quiet night with red wine, good food and my best friends. This applies also for New Years Eve. So instead of hitting a crowded club, where you're fighting against one heat stroke after another, what about a romantic dinner with your favorite person?
I have a soft spot for home decor and for NYE I like it simple with a sparkly note. Even for festive events flowers are a staple for me because they give a last finishing touch to a beautiful decorated dinner table. That's why I was super excited when I was introduced to BloomNation and asked to share my table with you. If you haven't heard about them before, they basically work with local florists in the US, which makes it really easy for you to send bouquets even to the other side of the country. I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to get when I was at my regular florist, but when I saw the bunches of purple baby's breath I knew I needed to get them immediately (despite of the funny name). My first idea was to lay them down in the middle of the table and to incorporate some fairy lights into my floral arrangement. And I must say that I really like it - slap on the back!
